Do I need to install anything?

No. The dashboard is a secure web link that works on any computer, tablet or phone.

Can my practitioners see each other's numbers?

Only if you want them to. By default each practitioner sees just their own results.

How long does setup take?

Most clinics are live within two weeks of connecting their system.

Is there a setup fee?

Yes, a one-off £299, paid when you sign up. It covers connecting your system, mapping your appointment types and loading your history. Once you have been with us for 6 months, we refund it in full.
